Show us a burst of energy.
Tiny E, being incredibly awesome, got me an Xbox 360 for my thirtieth birthday. Sweet.
Dave showed up at the door a few minutes after I got the whole thing set up, clasping a bouquet of flowers, smiling ear to ear and shining his shoe on the back of his pant leg.
But wait... what's this we have at our house, immediately next to the Xbox 360? Five frisky foster puppies romping about in a corral! What will our guest choose?
Though Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter (known as "GRAW" in some circles) was a big hit, I would say puppies won out at the end of the night, based on the quantity and quality of Dave's attention.
Which begs the question... why do Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo keep dumping gazillions of dollars trying to beat each other out of the home entertainment ring? All they gotta do is go door to door with a basket of puppies and charge by the hour.
P.S.: The third party entertainment candidate of the evening, a Carvel Snicker's Ice Cream Cake, also had a very respectable showing.
