Nah... too easy.

Link: Find someone on Vox who has the same name as yours. Any similarities?
This is the dude that had already nabbed tom.vox.com when I showed up. That makes him the gold standard for Vox Toms, I believe.
I'm a little disheartened by how much overlap there is. From what I can tell, he's a slightly more "Extreme Zone" version of me. Or, I'm a slightly more pansy version of him, if you want to look at it that way.
By his profile picture, I can see that, like me, he's your typical generic white dude in his late 20s or early 30s. Reading through his posts, I infer that he works on techy stuff for the Web, like me. We have the same general attitude about Macs -- like them, but hate the hype. He's descended from one of the founders of Salem, Mass. I'm descended from one of the founders of Salem, NC. His most recent post is about enjoying "Mullholand Drive" more after reading up on it online to figure out what it's about. I did that too. We both enjoy Threadless t-shirts. Standard white people stuff.
I like his thinking on social blogging, too. He pretty much pegged why I couldn't swing a personal blog before Vox -- the tendency to boringly drone on and one about oneself to no one in particular.
His listed interests are:
Check on beer, internets, cephalopods, robots and video games, though I'm not the sort of guy to actually list beer or cephalopods as interests, and I pronounce video games "vidja games." And he seems to be mainly a PC gamer, while I'm a console man. And I absolutely loathe load music. All the difference in the world! The world totally needs both of us.
